$252.84/year (home-based) or $412.26/year (commercial) + per-employee surcharge. Out-of-city contractors: $458.35/year base + $23.80/employee.
Fee Structure
Annual flat base tax plus per-employee tax. Out-of-city contractors can choose 3, 6, 9, or 12-month terms.
Notes
Must show valid CSLB license and workers' comp insurance before city license is issued. Stormwater permit required per SB 205. 25% penalty if unpaid within 30 days of due date.
